Why Claway exists, what we build, and how we operate
Trade a high-trust start for the fastest scale
Claway’s vision is to serve global B2B / B2C enterprises; initially concentrating on large enterprises and listed companies in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Cost reduction · Large enterprise
Huge standardized-role base; AI efficiency gains map directly to millions in annual cost release. ROI is clear, quantifiable, auditable — a strong reference benchmark and “trust dimensionality reduction”.
Cost gap · SME
One person wears many hats. Enter via the low-barrier Cloud edition — quick trial, standardized replication, forming an upgrade pipeline.
Large-first sequencing
Once a large enterprise deploys AI infrastructure, replacement cost is high and ARR is stable with a clear growth path; serving one leader equals a “letter of trust” in that niche.
Claway isn’t abandoning the SME market — it chooses a “large-first, then small” sequence: large enterprises are the best proving ground, and decision-maker trust dramatically lowers the bar for further penetration.
Elevate industry efficiency and quality with AI — leaving creation and decisions to humans, giving time back to society and the world.
Build enterprise AI infrastructure: standardize models, data, processes, and systems; reduce cost, raise efficiency, and safeguard security.
- Controllable Intelligence — AI is configurable, auditable, and traceable
- Transparent Cost — Flat monthly fee, eliminating unpredictable per-call costs (Token/API)
- Data Security — Supports private / hybrid deployment
- Results-Driven — Focus on real business delivery — deployable, manageable, and sustainable
