Get the Claway App
The web app is open now — sign in and start, nothing to install. Mobile and desktop builds are in private beta and roll out alongside your deployment.
Beta places go to deployed customers first. Once you register, we enable accounts and devices together with your deployment.
What the app does
More than a chat window — delegate, track, produce and audit a whole workflow in one place.
One continuous thread
WhatsApp and the app share the same conversation and the same memory. Delegate on WhatsApp, follow up in the app — history and attachments are identical, with no need to re-explain context.
Long-term memory
AI employees remember company rules, client preferences and past decisions, isolated per group. Knowledge accumulates on your side and does not walk out with staff turnover.
Company document templates
Register your existing invoices, quotations and month-end reports as company templates. AI employees produce Excel / PDF / Word from them — letterhead, layout and terms identical every time.
Tasks & schedules
Delegate one-off tasks or recurring schedules in plain language: daily reconciliation, monthly reports, licence-expiry reminders. Claway helps turn a spoken request into an executable task and timetable that runs on time.
Read-aloud voice
Long replies can be spoken back in a choice of voices, configurable per group — listen while commuting, driving or working on site.
Image & video generation
Generate product shots and marketing assets inside the conversation, or turn a still image into a short clip. Output returns straight to the thread and to WhatsApp.
AI employee teams & handoff
A single group can hold several AI employee roles working together, handing off by speciality — accounting questions to accounting, quoting to sales — with the handoff visible to the user.
A traceable audit trail
Every tool call, generated document and outbound message is recorded. Managers can retrace what an AI employee actually did, not just read the final answer.
Trilingual interface
Full interface in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, with AI employees replying in the language of the conversation — one system for cross-border teams.
What we are building next
Device assist (desktop / Android)
With explicit consent, a visible indicator and a complete audit trail, an AI employee can operate a computer or phone directly to finish repetitive cross-system work. Internal testing only — not yet released.
